The purpose of the Inside Sales Representative position is to increase the existing customer base for the company. The primary focus of the Inside Sales Representative is to locate and qualify new prospects by generating interest in the company’s services and products.
Primary Job Functions
- Set First Time Appointments (FTAs) via Cold Calling
- Responsible for prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities.
- Foster new prospects by working through our CRM of Prospects.
- Establish lines of communication with prospects to set FTAs.
- Follow-well defined process and procedures for qualifying and communicating with prospects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- The following tools are used every day: ConnectWise, Constant Contact Lead Gen & CRM, Windows 11
- Inside sales experience with selling similar offerings.
- Possess a track record of prospecting, qualifying, and managing customer commitment as a part of the sales process.
- High energy and drive with good negotiation skills.
- A quick wit to overcome sales barriers
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of activity details
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
Education and Work Experience
- BA/BS required, preferably in marketing or a related field.
- Cold Calling Experience required
- MSP, ISP, or Telco Sales Experience required
- 1 year of appointment setting experience.
