I have worked with other managed IT service providers and they are not even close to the quality of Apex.
As Controller, this is the second time I have hired Apex to be the managed IT services provider for the country club I work for. The reason for that is, I know that Apex is on top of all the things I worry about and the things I am unaware of that I should be concerned about. Their adherence to best practices is more than a phrase and it results in a secure and reliable IT environment that benefits our members, their guests and our employees. I have worked with other managed IT service providers and they are not even close to the quality of Apex.

APEX has taken more time to get to know what we do and how we do it.
Our systems’ health has been optimized – meaning little down time system-wide, good back-ups if we need them and up-to-date technology that’s added appropriately. Everyone I have met at Apex has not only the knowledge to help me but wanted to ensure that they got me really what I needed. They all genuinely care about our business and take pride in their work product and being part of Apex, and it shows.

Apex allows us more time to do what we do best and the responsiveness is unparalleled.
We do not have to concern ourselves with IT issues because Apex handles everything regarding updates, upgrades, computer issues, etc. This allows us more time to do what we do best…engineering. If someone was on the fence I would tell them that if they want the ease of knowing that you are getting honest and trustworthy advice and service, in an extremely timely manner, then they need to have APEX as their Managed IT Services Provider.
